SugarKitty Corsets are not only gorgeous, but are the sturdiest corsets out there. They're made to last for years of quality wear. Each corset it built with a minimum of four layers of fabric, all of which are topstitched together for the ultimate in "fabric armor".

Every edge is serged to prevent unravelling or fraying, and every seam is double stitched. Boning is enclosed in twill casing, to provide extra durability, and to avoid poke-throughs. The stainless steel busk is also reinforced to prevent shifting.

Spiral steel boning is found throughout the entire corset. This provides support and flexibility. The corset will mold to your shape after wear. Two bones line each side of the grommets for additional strength. Heavy duty boning, extra wide busks, and lacing bones are available for superior strength and support.

SugarKitty Corsets is the creation of 32-year old seamstress, Shannon. SugarKitty is a one-woman operation-run out of a studio in Clintonville (Columbus, Ohio). SugarKity has been a project more than 25 years in the making, ever since she received her first counted-cross stitch kit. After purchasing an inferior quality corset, Shannon decided that she should put her stitching talents to work. She began creating custom corsets in 2002.

Shannon loves dogs, tattoos, the color pink, coffee, and chinese dumplings. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her spoiled little dog, Pedro. She decided to start her own business in 2002 after too many years of rotting away in a cubicle. Something about no longer wanting to be a slave to Corporate America or something. SugarKitty became a full-time venture in 2004.
