SugarKitty Corsets~Ordering

[STEP 1] Select your corset from one of the corset styles. The price listed is the base price, which is the basic price minus any add-ons, plus sizing, or rush charges. The base prices include waist sizes up to 33" (Standard Size corsets available up to waist size 32").

SugarKitty corsets are made for a 3" waist reduction, unless specified otherwise. If you choose the standard 3" reduction, your corset will be made 5" smaller than your waist size. You will have the immediate 3" reduction you desire. The remaining 2" allows for any stretching of your corset, as well as the ability to lace tighter once you're used to wearing your corset.

[STEP 2] Next, choose your fabric. Satin, taffeta, and basic twill are all choices included in the base cost of your corset. You may upgrade to another fabric choice at an additional cost.

[STEP 3] Now you have the chance to customize your corset and really make it spectacular! Choose additional upgrades from the Options & Extras page to create your one-of-a-kind work of wearable art!

[STEP 4A] Paying for your corset: Now that you've made all of your selections, send an email to sugarkittycorsets@gmail.com for a custom invoice! This ensures that you will get all of the options you require for your corset, and provides a more personalized experience for you.

We accept credit cards through PayPal and SquareUp. Local clients may pay with check or cash. Money orders must be approved first, so please inquire!

[STEP 4B] Measurements! Once your order is complete, you'll be sent a link to the measurement form. Your order will not begin until your measurements are received!

Measurements and/or fitting muslins for standard corsets must be received within 45 days. If measurements are not received within this time, your order will be canceled, and payment will be forfeited to SugarKitty Corsets. No refunds will be given. You may reinstate your order within one year for a fee of $50 (+$25 for each additional 3 months that elapse).

Corsets will be completed approximately 6-8 weeks from the date your measurements are received. This time is subject to change; no time frame is guaranteed unless it is a paid rush order. Each corset is handcrafted by a single person. Every body is different, and occasionally corsets may take longer. If a significant delay is anticipated, you will be contacted with details. Time requests will be accommodated if order is placed within normal time frame (i.e. corset is needed by 06/06/12, ordered on 04/06/12).

Rush Order corsets will be completed within the designated time frame once measurements are received. Rush Order measurements must be received within 48 hours of order date to ensure on-time completion. SugarKitty Corsets is not responsible for orders not received on time because of delayed receipt of measurements.

All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and Delivery Confirmation. International orders are shipped via USPS Airmail. International tracking is available for an additional charge. You will be emailed this information when your order ships. Because rush orders are overnighted, shipping method may vary.

Orders are non-refundable. Period. That means, we do not give refunds. This is an independent business, and corsets are 100% custom.

Please be sure to make any changes before your order is started. If you change your mind once corset order has begun, you will be assessed additional fees.

If you're paying for your corset on a payment plan, work on your corset will not begin until corset is paid for in full. We are not always accepting payment plans – please inquire ahead of time.
